  • Quotes are provided based on the information supplied and are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to revise quotes if the project scope changes.

3. Booking and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or written agreement.

  • Late payment may result in delays to delivery or suspension of services.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations or changes should be communicated as soon as possible.

  • Where work has already commenced, you may be charged for time spent or costs incurred up to that point.

  • Any non-recoverable expenses may still be payable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required to complete the project

  • Ensure any supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights

  • Respond in a reasonable timeframe where feedback or approval is required

Delays caused by lack of response may impact delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Leeming Media retains copyright to all created content.

  • Upon full payment, clients are granted a licence to use the delivered content for its intended purpose.

  • Raw footage, project files, and unused materials are not included unless explicitly agreed.

7. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Leeming Media reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, showreel, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If confidentiality or embargo is required, this must be discussed before work begins.

8. Website Use

  • Content on this website may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.

9. Liability

  • We will take reasonable care in delivering our services.

  • Leeming Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
